We are proud to announce the release of Muddle Through, the second single from British jazz pianist Paul Edis’ much-anticipated forthcoming album, The Still Point Of The Turning World.

“Muddle Through is infused with a bluesy weariness that reflects the mood I was in when I was writing it,” he explains. “It can take a certain amount of time for emotions to filter through before you process them and eventually turn them into music. When I write, the process often starts with a kind of mood that’s almost a meditation in itself.”

With a unique style that sounds like the missing link between Bill Evans, Brad Mehldau and Claude Debussy, it’s no surprise that Paul Edis’ music has recently been played everywhere from Jazz FM through to BBC Radio 3’s Breakfast show.

He has spent the past year composing The Still Point Of The Turning World, which was recorded in London’s Masterchord Studios and is due for release on 10th September.
